Can We Do Extra Work?
We are often asked if we can do a little extra work which may be related to or close to the part of the property where we are working but not actually covered by the claim. The simple answer is, yes we can. We will be happy to provide a quote and if it is acceptable to you, carry out any additional work you any require. For example if a water leak has damage an open plan kitchen and dinning area, we could be redecorating the kitchen and replacing surfaces, but the dining room might not be covered by the claim. We could redecorate or refresh the dining room or hall the same time which would save time, money and inconvenience of having it done later. We carry out: painting and decorating, plumbing and heating, plastering and decorating, wall and floor tiling, electrics and gas. We are NIC EIC and Gas Safe registered.
